HEAVY D's, pipe report.

#1 Post by hart92 » Fri Oct 26, 2012 9:13 pm

had'nt had a pipe repaired for several years, but had an xtra fmf gnarly in desperate need. so i figured i'd give the local HEAVY D's a try. called him up,he said sure drop it by.asked if i need'd for sunday i said no,just let me know when done and i'll come get it whenever.ran some other erands in the area, and all of a sudden i get a text with a picture of a beautiful pipe saying it's done.some of the best, fastest customer service around.the pipe looks great and i saved alot of time and $ ,on not shipping it out to someone across the u.s. Anyway's i highly recomend HEAVY D'S PHONE# 913-217-8218.

I have seen two pipes specifically that I was sure that they were FUBAR. Heavy D turns them around so quick and I'n not kidding, even with the one that had to be welded on one of the Thomas boys bikes it was beautiful! No kidding. If you got a pipe - they can fix it! Very nice work!

Michael (& Shredder) - Thanks for the kind words. With zero marketing budget, a post like this really goes a long way. Hopefully we can hook up a ride in the future.

Jeremy - thanks for posting the link. I was wondering how I was getting more "likes" than I sent out! 8)

I'm the latest in what appears to be a long list of happy customers. I gave him a twisted hunk of metal that would no longer fit and in less than 24 hours received a beautiful pipe. Great customer service too. Gave me some great tips on fitting it back on the bike. I'm a big fan.

Once just for kicks we should drop off an old muffler we find on the side of the road like off of an old dump truck or something and just tell em that it needs to fit my 07 honda 250 and WHAMMO! see what happens

Come to think of it, that goes for all who have dropped pipes by (or what was left of a "pipe") ....

How about a late Feb. special for everyone after the endurocross in Springfield Feb 15 and 16. EX is hard on pipes, guards, clutch perches, engine cases, and fenders. I think thats all Collin broke last year.
