LOL, who made this a thread?

Anywho, anyone who thinks a 4-stroke is too much to handle once you open the valve cover is crazy. Apart from the multiple valves, cams (unless it's a unicam design), valve springs, cam chain, buckets, valve shims, etc etc it's basically the same thing as a 2-stroke.

Yeah, right, sure..., what he said  just like a 2 stroke rebuild, but involving an additional 20 hours along with the extra grand and change to get the same end results.

Ain't dirt bikes fun?!

The saddest sound in all MotorSports is the noise the drivetrain makes as you slowly coast to a complete stop.

Actually you'd be surprised. All the parts I needed where under $500. The labor is what is the most expensive part, but if you do it yourself you don't have to pay the $80 an hour.

My assumption was based on the fact that the bottom half of the engine looked as bad as the top  .

Was the bike at the bottom of a river for awhile, or did the head gasket leak while it sat all winter?

Come clean Brad... alot of us wanna hear how that top end, got that nasty!

Some duct tape and barb wire will fix that right up.
