Heavy D's Exhaust repair

#1 Post by ktm1991 » Tue Jan 07, 2014 10:44 pm

Well I was finally able to try him out for myself. I smashed my pipe on New Year's Day took it to him a couple days later for more of just curiosity to see if he could fix it, it was smashed down to about a 1/2 inch and was twisted and mangled pretty good. He had it fixed and ready to pick up on Sunday, slid right on the bike like new. Pictures are up on his FB page, I couldn't get them to load on here. Whether your pipe desperately needs repair or just freshened up for the 2014 season I would suggest giving him a call his number can be found at the left side of the page where all the sponsors are listed!

Thanks Ryan for trusting me with the repair. I luv the ones you fast guys smash, both sides flat and the back had a nice frame rail line. Here are some before and after pics for those of you snowed in and bored :D

Another "Zombie Pipe" back from the dead and race ready.

Go fast, bend stuff! Braaaaaap! 8) 8) 8)

+1 for HeavyD he does some really amazing things with beat up pipes! He fixed a pipe I got for free for my cr500, several cracks and dents. Got two more I will be calling him about in the next few weeks.

Heavy D does it again. Took a pipe to him that the neck looked like a cork screw. Couple days later I got it back, bolted it on, and went riding.

Heavy D's work truly is an art form. By the way Ryan after seeing your pipe...WTH? Give me the story of how a fast dude like yourself gets all bent and twisted liked THAT! It's cold outside and I'm bored so type up a story of how that pipe got mutilated. Holy cow man...
BRAAAP!

It really wasn't that bad of a crash, and I didn't even hit the ground! Just a simple case of a woods guy trying to moto never seems to turn out very well lol! I over jumped a table top and landed on flat ground with no room to brake before going back into the woods, locked everything up and slid into a tree! Guess I hit it pretty square it did that to my pipe, snapped my shroud in half, and bent my radiator even with bullet proof gaurds on! So sorry shredder it wasn't as spectacular as it looked lol!
