what class to start

#1 Post by vintagerider » Thu Mar 06, 2014 1:56 pm

say a guy wanted to get back into the swing of things after a decade off, and was bumping half a century in age, which class would he feel more at home in, the 700 club or the grand 1000?

1000. Other than the crowd you would have to associate with, it is a good class to make a return.

WOW. Man your just gonna throw em to the dogs....eh?

The problem with the 1000 class is all the plastic and parts that are laying on the trail after they go by! Why heck Mr Joe Leaderhouse built an entire bike by using the parts he found at only 3 consecutive races last year! yup...
Crap! Where is my front fender and number plate? Dang it...............

I shouldn't belong to any organization that would have me as a member!

Go for the Grand Class... those crazy kids in the 700 Club are just far too dangerous to associate with.... .

The saddest sound in all MotorSports is the noise the drivetrain makes as you slowly coast to a complete stop.
