Lost My Helmet Cam at Chanute

#1 Post by Gibber » Sun Aug 24, 2014 7:34 pm

Well, looks like I am now in the club. Never had a problem before but I lost mine today.

It's not a Go Pro but a Drift. Black and Orange, Lower Profile and shaped like a rectangular cylinder with the lens at one pointed end. Please see the pic.

If anyone found it please let me know. 785-760-3479 or steveg@olatheford.com.

Thanks,

Any idea where at? I'll be taking markers and tape down tomorrow.

I think pretty early on. Within first mile or so but not sure. I remember getting it hung up in some low hanging brush that ended up hanging down in my face for a moment then was gone. For all I know its hanging from a tree! LOL

Thanks,

I got to mile 4 today removing markers and tape and as of yet haven't found your camera. In fact this has been the least amount of carnage that I have ever found. I usually keep a box of broken or lost parts hoping the owners will claim them the following years. So far I've only found one set of broken goggles and a couple of rubber pieces that I have no idea what they might belong to. If I find your camera I will let you know.
