OEM KTM 85 SX CYlander/Head New

Just purchased a 2014 85 SX new from Letko and had them convert it to a 105. I am assuming they didn't even start the motor given the bike was not prepped, so I took delivery of it as a 105. The picture attached shows the parts I am selling, but essentially it is a 2014 85 SX assy. I'm told I can't use the parts as a 105 so given I am building a trail machine for my son, I'm selling the new parts. Looking for a reasonable offer. KTM-Parts indicates the main components pictured list at just under $700, so give me a fair offer
