Sucks, but I can't sell my 2010 for a solid price. Good luck. You're better off putting it back to stock and selling it for $3200, then you can sell the aftermarket stuff on eBay.

Sold mine for $4600 a few months ago. Other than suspension mods, it was pretty much stock 2011 KTM 350SXF. Its is easy to get discouraged with all the low ballers and broke dic% losers trying to steal your bike. Stick to your guns. That is a sweet ride. Despite what the Na sayers may think, you are being more than fair with your price. Sooner or later someone with money will want it. And the rest will be kicking themselves for not buying it when they had the chance.

Just wondering...
How do most gauge the value of their respective bikes?
Since my delving into this sport 4 years ago, I found, and use this as starting point:
(Retail price originally - salvage price)/8 = yearly $ depreciation.

Key point:
~Salvage price is figured at 15% of the retail price.

So, Slims bike for example:
Retailed $7700
Salvage value: $1155
(7700-1155)/8=$818 depreciation per year
Valuing his 2011 SXF @ ~ $4100...

Decent method?

kbb.com is what I use. I usually split the difference between retail and trade-in.
