Where were you???

#1 Post by Iamdanjohnson » Mon Oct 05, 2015 8:20 am

Brand new location
Great layout
Great camping
Beautiful wooded location
Great cause raising money for foster kids
Great temperatures
Two chances to ride in one weekend.
Virtually free supper Saturday night
Bouncy house for kids all weekend

I just cant understand not coming to this event. We had 95 of our core group there but very few new people and very few occasional riders. Low turnouts are always disappointing but this one has me perplexed.

Agreed. The trails were a blast. With a little bit of rain this race would have been race of the year for my vote.

I'm glad to be part of the "core group!" I wanted to make a weekend out of this one but the family had other plans. I didn't want to take away from the foster kids by needing my own fundraiser due to a racing induced divorce. The camping spots looked perfect and well groomed. Thanks for sharing this wonderful piece of property.

This definitely was a great place to race. For those who missed it the link above is one full lap for the VET 40 Class.

Sorry it is a little slow. This place had a lot spots where you had to go slow to go fast. Combine that with the fact I'm in the old man class and, well, you get my point! Easier to see the terrain that way!

Enjoy.
