was wondering if required to work atleast one race a season

Not Required, but if your racing the series for a top ten finish its easy points, And Dan appreciates the help and its fun.

Now is probably when Dan could use the help the most. Most of us racing for points have gotten both our works in so now we are just racing. Those not serious for points don't have as much motivation to work so I imagine the last few races it gets a little tougher for Dan to find help.

As for fun hart92 is right. Gets you a chance to meet more folks and get to know them. Don't get me wrong, Dan knows how to get his money's worth out of you but its worth it to be a part of the crew. If you work and race it gets you chance to learn the course too. And Dan appreciates the help.
