EPA and race cars

This is about race cars and not dirt bikes but I think it is something we should all be interested in and I would think most of us would be against it. It is all in this link but basically the EPA wants to stop people from taking emissions certified vehicles and turning them into race cars. It also would prevent the sale of performance parts. This affects diesel truck mods as well.
