Re: KTM contingency
Wow, I can't believe this has been up here on the site for a week and no one has commented!
This is great news, nice work in getting our series in with KTM! Maybe some of the older bikes will be upgraded since there is a bit of cash incentive!

Re: KTM contingency
Not everyone can afford to buy new bikes every two years. Besides my 2001 is still a hand full. Back when I bought it new, LETKO gave me 10% off parts. Big whoop!! Pretty much paid for shipping. If you can make it happen with a new bike, congratulations.

Re: KTM contingency
10% off parts is better than nothing. Try negotiating at your local convenience store. Report back with how well that goes.
The incentive is for customers to stay current on new models, while getting something in return; other than having a sweet new bike. Having KTM contingency in a KTM dominated series should make nearly everyone happy, but I guess you can't please them all.

It comes down to, it is all about what you want and how hard you will work to get it!
And for slow old dogs better take 10% I get 20% from most all places I go to! Just saying

Re: KTM contingency
True true, I didn't mention how much money I am saving now. It's not through LETKO. I'm not here bragging. Just saying I wish there was KTM contingency when I started racing.
