I have had some people contact me in advance so make sure I have you on here.

Also, if you want to help out on Friday with set up, let me know. Friday will be a day of hanging arrows and ribbon. Limited Saturday spots might also be available to finish setup. See below

Sunday is a single race format. (remember; for single race format, if you work for your race day work average; you don’t race). Details on work averages are on the information page under 2016 rules.

(may need a couple non work average helpers if you can)

Sign Up Greeter (helps new folks at sign up & distributes the drawing tickets)

Scoring lane help (during the race); back up scorer and encourage slow passage through the scoring area.

Ride sweep (during the race) and tear down after the race (one or two will also help sweep peewees)
We have a 9 mile course; so we’ll cut it up into segments so you don’t have to make long laps.
