I thought the conditions of the race were part of the race. Rain, mud, heat, snow. At 11am this morning it was 93 that's not bad for aug in ks. I'll still get up at 5am to leave and drive 3hrs to race, but after not being on a bike and racing forward motion in the last 8yrs its kinda disappointing way to get back in to it.

I'm sure if people want to do another lap or two after the checker flag flys to get two hours in Dan or nobody else would care.

I heard Dawson Looney is going to be there. I guess he hired a riding coach and will soon be AA.

I have better idea then riding after the checker flag flies... How about if you are too hot at hour thirty, just quit, and those of us that are not can keep racing.
