Rattlesnake Ridge - POLO

The crew spent most of the weekend getting the course ready to race on Aug.12th.
This is a 1 race format, starting at NOON. The PeeWees will race at 9am, then we will open the course for practice.
The trail is a bit shorter than in the past, coming in at around 8 miles. With a good mix of tight woods, fast flowing woods, good elevation changes, and even a few rocks will be thrown in for free. It starts off harder, and gets much easier and open for the last 2 miles or so. There is even a deep sand section before you run beside the lake. We have a long pit road set up as well, so if you get there early enough you will have a spot.
The PeeWee course has been laid out well, with a long woods section followed by some good grass track for a 2-4 minute lap. Close to the pits and easy for spectators/helpers to get to.
This place only gets raced on every few years, and the trails are in great shape. The crew put a lot of work in on this one, and with an inch(or 5) of rain on Friday we should be all set.
You can camp for free on Sat night, but please NO fires will be allowed. Also, leave your 4 wheelers and UTV's at home, Polo is for bikes only.
We will have concessions, custom Trophies, and Port-O-Potties on site. So bring the family and come on out!
