Sunday Night...it is SO awesome!!! Muddy spots are all tacked up and it is in just ideal traction. Race conditions will be as good as it can be. If I had watered the track, this is how much I would have used!! Get down here! Split schedule is on the home page. Breakfast and lunch will be available. This one is 6.5 miles of pure fun for every level.

The track conditions are the best I have ever seen. We rode hard hard today, The trail started out good and just got better through out the day. All the creek beds are in tip top condition, plenty of rocks and boulders. Tires are sticking to the trail like velcro, with a beautiful roost of soft fluffy mud, ya its been a while since Iv'e seen any mud. Sticking to the bike for just a second then falling off back to the perfect trail. Couple of really cool grass sections which funnel between two large round bails at the far end of the field before droping back down into another twisty turning creek. Great job to all the crew we had a blast thank you for one of the best riding experiences this summer. If you have the chance to make this event I highly recommend Chanute. Ks. We rode sevem laps not bad for the first ride in about two months.

I may just be a little guy that only has 4 races under my belt, in the TR class.
(I never rode a dirt bike until the week before Walters Ranch)....
But I wanted to say that The track/course was AWESOME!
Way to go course workers!
Thanks to everyone that puts on these events!
I can't wait for more and more of these events. After dealing with the dust at the last couple tracks, today was the most welcome change of pace. I can deal with a little mud roost being thrown in my face.
With more seat time, I am looking forward to years of doing these events!
Thanks again,
EA (Erik Radzins)

Just wanted to add my "THANKS!" to all the individuals that helped make the Chanute race happen. The course was awesome, had a great flow to it, well marked and a nice mix of everything. I can't speak for the 2nd race but it was nice having a dust-free race! Hope to race there again next year, prefferably with about 80 more riders, for the owners sake...
