How many race are being scored and are all races points races?

Jim it looks like there's 14 races on the 2013 schedule and if I'm reading the schedule right 1 of those races is marked as a non-points event. So 13 points races in 2013, but I can't find where it list how many races will be counted. I'd GUESS 9 will count for year end standings.
