I used Myler's Radiator repair in Utah.
Repair has lasted 3 years.

If you are on the cheap... I have used JB weld on one till I could rake up some coin (KLR650 after Big Springs). Clean the area with alcohol and a toothbrush then apply a good coating. I have found the 5 minute stuff don't hold as well as the overnight stuff. This worked so well I didn't bother replacing it. I have also used it on my tractor radiator and it is holding over a year so far.

I took it to a local radiator shop here in lawrence and they said $45 which i thought was pretty reasonable so we will see how good they do! lol
