Brand new year and many folks moving around. One race will not be an exact indicator but you can still look at how you stack up and move up or move down as needed. Next race is Walters and is rocky enough to throw the percentiles down some so maybe give it 3 races and then decide. Trailrider and Sportsman had a lot of new riders that were just testing the waters so now they know where they might belong.

All you need is one good lap to figure out your percentile if this wasn't a great race for you.

Take the leaders average lap and divide it by your best lap and that is the percentile you are capable of. Round a bit and you should be able to tell where you belong.

Work averages have been added. Those of you who worked all day for first place points wont actually see them until you work your second average. Until then it will just be the average of your top five finishes. Because of this averaging you will see your percentile go up quite fast for the first five races you enter then start to slow down over the course of the season.

Good job to the scoring team. It appears that there were some wild swings in places in some of the classes. You can almost guess who was running tubes and see on which laps those embedded rocks finally bit them.
