Looking for a Civic size car

I would like to find a small Honda Civic or similar car for a commuter car. Prefer a 5 speed but auto may work. Looking for MPG of 30 or better is the main thing. Not quite ready to own a Hybrid so leave those out. Ideally around 100,000 miles or so and in the $3500 range. Condition could be a 7 out of 10. These are just some very general guidelines in case you have one or know of one.
Obviously I can find one on Craigslist no problem but if I could find one that I knew the owner and history that would be a big plus in my book.
