Merwin update Friday night

This place is so awesome! There is a lot to do on Saturday, MX practice all morning and Hare Scramble practice in the afternoon. All info on that is in another post.
The track is 6 miles exactly. That works best for the split races. We will be using most of the motorcross track which will be about .5 miles after scoring then about .2 miles before scoring. There is about 1 mile of grass track but not all at once. The remaining 4 miles of woods are mostly open and some of what we used last year. There is one Rocky Creek section added in and there is a section of tighter woods on the south end of the property that have been added. That section comes out onto the pit bike track and runs a portion of it before returning to the woods. I think it all ties together very well and will be a lot of fun.
The way this place is laid out, and the direction we have to go, puts us on some of the same trails every time and that cannot be avoided. I think I have mixed up the way they connect together enough that it will feel different than usual part of the time. There should be something for everyone to love and something for everyone to hate!
The ground is perfect, not muddy, and not dusty. The forecast looks ideal.
