Series Sponsors, Facebook, etc...

We have a lot of businesses that sponsor our series in various ways. They really don't get as much for their effort as they should. A lot of them just give us goods or services to simply give away at the banquet. They don't have to do this and do not get much in return if we don't do our part to give them a shot when we need something. I know how easy it is to shop online and the huge retailers but are they actually giving us anything in return? All I ask is that you at least visit their site, maybe call them, and see what they have to offer. In some cases all you have to do is mention that they sponsor our series and you would like to know what their price is on a certain item or service. You might be surprised what is out there and right in our area.

One small thing I have to offer to them is to put their logo and a link to their website on our website. Those are all listed on the left. They rotate and we have so many that they take some time to cycle through. Be sure you refresh your page a few times or simply change pages until you see all that are there. I plan to make a post with all of them listed out to make this even easier.

With that said, I understand the use of Facebook and use it on occasion. Jared Shafer has a Forward Motion page on there and I know most of you are aware of this. That is all fine but the source of Forward Motion is our site, not Facebook. All of our sponsors are right here as well. We are a click away so I suggest you use our main site more often so you know what is going on. This is where I post information. I will duplicate it some of the time but the information you need is right here. Get in the habit of checking our site. I find it almost laughable how many questions I have to answer over and over that are listed right here on the website.

The trouble with this post is it wont reach the target audience. Perhaps I will put it on Facebook.
