Might be a bit early to speculate but looks like big time rain comming up for this week. calling for 2 to 5 inches. Darn I hope the weatherman is wrong on this one.

I wouldn't worry too much yet, see what the week brings. Last year it flooded and we still raced! Was tough but still a fun course.

I'm not sure sure if it's legal but I'm mounting up up a trolling motor to my rear fender. Hook it up to the bike battery!

Hey Scott are you headed out Saturday as usual? My 25 year old daughter has been in the hospital the last 5 weeks as her body is trying to kick out the baby 9 weeks too early. They are going to stop the injections this Thursday as she is approaching only 4 weeks early now and the baby (Landon) has a great chance of not having any health issue's now.
I will be a Grandpa and I'm not going to miss it!

I may have to drop off the safety vest I had washed from the last race (plus a few extra I added in) to you on Friday. Just put them in the scoring trailer. We will see. Keep in touch... Cool? (I'll bet your still STOKED about the win - good job dude!)

Yes, as of right now we are going to head over late saturday afternoon (provided they allow camping like last year). Just let me know what works for you, we can meet up and I'll drop off the vests for you.

Didn't have the best of luck last year at Bolivar, had troubles on one of the uphill sections and lost about 25 minutes on the last lap. Ready for it this year, not going to let it beat me again!
