Big springs team race

Just wondering how the team race works?

Team races? In my experience they go one of two ways: 1. You bring your own partner and he crashes out and costs you the trophy; or 2. They draw for partners and a fast rider rolls his eyes when you come into the hand-off area in next to last place.

Seriously, they are a blast. You get to race hard then rest while your teammate races. I think it is more fun when the fast guys have to draw a slow rider for a partner (adds an element of chance to the day).
