2010 ktm no spark.

I just bought a used 2010 ktm 250xc and it was running when I got it but after riding it for a few minutes it died just like killing the switch. I pulled the plug and no spark. Tried new plug still no spark. Cleaned all the contacts and it fired but died again after a couple of minutes. Eliminated the kill switch and starter and got spark again but after starting it up it was bogging under throttle the died again then no spark. Anyone else have this problem? I am guessing the stator is bad from what I know but looking to see if anyone else has any input. Thanks.

Check your stator my 09 pretty well was doing the same thing once it would get warm it would die and the stator was completely gone i dont know how it was running before at all
