Orrick area people I need information

I can't reach the Orrick Fire Dept by phone(it is a fax and all volunteer as best I can tell). I need an EMT/Medical standby for the race. I have a service I use for other MO events and can use them but wanted to use the local area if possible. The owner at Orrick will also be checking but if you know someone/Department that can work the race on July 10 from 9:00 to 4:00 let me know.

I also need a porta pot company in the area to call. I can Google a big company I suppose but I would rather use a smaller local person if you know one.

I also need someone for concessions at this event. No big deal if we don't have one but if you know anyone that would want to do it, let me know.

I know an EMT who would be willing to work the race Sunday but i'm not sure who she should contact. Are you still needing EMT's and what contact info can i pass on?
