Donnell's is throwing together a last minute deal to have a couple of bikes to try out at Big Springs. We will be there Saturday and Sunday. I had hoped to get our Husky rep out there to help but his calender was already full.
Perry is going to try and have a small loop that you will be able to take a spin on a new TXC310 and possibly a CR125 to have some fun with.
Come check us out.

Re: Husqvarna Demo at Big Springs
Bart invited me to get on a Husky as I had just got off my bike. He said "don't take your helmet off! Take this out for a spin!" I thought OK. I fired it up and took it down to the motocross section. Wow, right out of the box with no mods I was envious of the suspension. I usually don't jump any more because at almost 50 I still have a mortgage - ya know? The landings were like landing in cotton and the power was a good deal more than my 07 250X with the Athena 289 cc big bore kit on it. WOW! Turns tighter than my Honda and yet still stable - again - WOW!
I got back and got off (I wanted to ride all day!) and told Bart I was both shocked and pleased by the power and performance. Bart explained that this Husky was "just outa the box, here...try Dougs!" I was reluctant to just hop on someone eleses bike so I look over and Doug seems cool with it so I got on and fired that baby up. Dougs Bike has about 30 hours on it so the rings have seated and it does have a pipe on it also - everything else is stock. Again WOW! I had to be a little careful with THAT MUCH POWER... If you grab a handful of throttle ... BE READY! I was flying high over the motocross sections again like the old days. All I gotta say is somewhere, somehow, someway I gotta get one of these beasts!
Everything Doug posted and says is true, these bikes are bad a$$. I do want to thank Doug and Bart for letting me get a taste of Husky juice and letting me on his steed. By the way who won the over all FMHSC race on Sunday? Oh yeah ... it was Doug on his Husky... Pretty cool.
Donnell's has always taken great care of me with my Honda and I've really busted it good a few times but those guys always seem to get me what I need or fix my bike if I'm working too much at work to keep me racing. They have been working on my bikes since 1976 and now that they are teamed up with Husky well that's a good combination! Thanks again Bart!
