I will keep this simple, you do not go to a general doctor for knee surgery and you should not do anything different for your bike. Just call any professional suspension business. I learned this from experience. My journey was not only very costly, but it went on for many months. After I became vocal about my ordeal, I had many riders whom contacted me with their disappointing journeys. I went on to be minimally educated about rebuilding suspension and purchased many of the tools and supplies to rebuild most of the suspension on our bikes. It is far more faster, more affordable, and mentally comforting to send the suspension off to the professionals. If you have any question beyond this, feel free to PM me your phone number and I will call you.
