Rekluse Announces New Breakthrough for Hydraulic Actuated Core EXP and EXP Auto-Clutches

Boise, ID (October 5, 2012) – Rekluse has released their new adjustable slave cylinder for hydraulic clutch actuated motorcycles. Designed to replace the OEM slave cylinder, this innovative technology allows installation and adjustment to be quick, accurate, and easier than ever before. This non-traditional slave cylinder design eliminates the need to shut the bike off and remove the clutch cover any time an adjustment is made. Sean Brown, R&D manager, states “We are very excited to deliver external adjustment capabilities to our customers using EXP and Core EXP products. Giving the rider the ability to easily make clutch gap adjustments without having to remove the clutch cover is a huge step forward for auto-clutch technology.”

I have used the Z-start pro on a 2008 ktm 300 best product ever no complaints easy tunning, I believe I went with the stock to low rpm engagement settings works flawlessly best product ever. The Z-start pro is good up to the 2012 300 models and then the exp 2.0 with adj. slave cylinder is the only option. I made several adjustments had to call rekluse 5 times buying different springs and upgrading from the exp 2.0 to the exp core alot of hassel should of bought the core initially. First race with the new set up last weekend. A real messy track with the snow and still too much slip trying a different set up this weekend at collins. my recomendations are stick with Z if possible.

Ok finally got the rekluse working perfectly the new set up for the 2013 300 xc works best for me with the silver (lighter springs) earlier engagement, And the heavy wedges no slip like before, Just hooks up right now. I really like the product. Ktm 300 xc rekluse core
